  • A single white oak barrel was rotated between three collaborators in 2021: Arctic Harvest Distillery, Black Spruce Brewing, and OneTree Alaska. Each will release the product they made on Earth Day, April 22, 2022.

    A certified food protection manager is responsible for monitoring & managing all food establishment operations to ensure the facility complies with food establishment regulations.
