A single white oak barrel was rotated between three collaborators in 2021: Arctic Harvest Distillery, Black Spruce Brewing, and OneTree Alaska. Each will release the product they made on Earth Day, April 22, 2022.

Our syrup, aged in the barrel for 3.5 months, is extra-smooth, dark and rich.
