Certified Food Protection Manager Training - July 6, 2026, 8 a.m.-5 p.m.
Proctored test in Fairbanks, 5-6:30 p.m.

A certified food protection manager is responsible for monitoring & managing all food establishment operations to ensure the facility complies with food establishment regulations.
