Whether you grow your own herbs or purchase them from local farmers or grocery stores, preserving their flavors for winter meals is a fun, creative, and tasty thing to do. In this class, UAF Cooperative Extension agent Sarah Lewis will teach you how to dehydrate herbs, create culinary salts, infuse vinegars, and flavor sugars. Preserving herbs is a great way to make sure this precious harvest (or purchase) never goes to waste!
