Dining with Diabetes: a diabetes management and food course

June 10, 24 and July 1, 8, 5:30-7:30 p.m.

Learn the basics of living with and managing diabetes. Participants will learn health-promoting lifestyle habits and how to plan meals. Each class will include a discussion and a demonstration of healthy cooking for people with diabetes. This class is for individuals with pre-diabetes or diabetes, and their family members.
Students under 18 years must be accompanied by a legal guardian.
