AHC: Fairbanks - Currant Shrubs and Mocktails, Aug. 19, 2026

Looking for a way to up your mocktail game? Look no further than shrubs! With this simple vinegar-based method of preserving fruits, you can create a truly unique and complex-flavored mixer for your drink menu. Join Alaska Harvest Collaborative in the lead-up to the Far North Currant Festival for this hands-on workshop, where participants will learn to make these sweet and tangy concoctions and go home with a jar full!
