Learn to turn fresh garden greens into flavor explosions with herbs, spices and berries! Explore the world of emulsions from tangy vinaigrettes to creamy dressings. Once you’ve tried your hand at homemade dressings, you’ll never go back to store bought. The combinations of flavors are endless. In this fun, interactive workshop, we’ll harvest, taste, and create your own salad dressing to take home with you!
Cost is $40. Student discounts available. 5:30-7:30 p.m., Wednesday, July 1. Meet at the entrance to Georgeson Botanical Garden.
