Homer: Pressure Canning Basics — April 19, 2026

Professor of Extension, Sarah Lewis, will offer a Pressure Canning Basic class at 11 a.m. in Homer on April 19, 2026.

In this class, Sarah will teach the science of pressure canning and demonstrate the safe use of pressure canners for home use.

Location: The Classic Cook, 378 East Pioneer Avenue, Homer
