2026 Spring Kitchen Series - March 16 - Pressure Canning Frozen Fish and Game

Get ready for the coming harvest seasons by clearing last yearʼs fish and meat out of your freezer. In this class you will learn how to safely and efficiently process them in jars, in a pressure canner, for your pantry shelves.
