Tok: Vegetable Pickles, Relishes, Salsa & Chutney

Friday, Nov. 1, 2-5 p.m.  This class will cover how to use a boiling water bath canner and the principles of preserving safe, delicious, high-acid and pickled food products. We will make two products, depending on the availability of produce. Supplies and ingredients will be provided. $25
