Certified Food Protection Manager Exam/Certification

This item is only for the exam/certification fee. It does not include the training.

A CFPM is knowledgeable about food safety practices and uses this knowledge to provide consumers with safe food, protect public health and prevent foodborne illnesses. Alaska regulations require food establishments to have at least one CFPM on staff. Please contact Leslie Shallcross at lashallcross@alaska.edu, or call 907-474-2426 for the code required to sign up for the test.
