Strategic Doing Certification Course

Strategic Doing Certification Course

Join Ed Morrison, former consultant and current Economic Policy Advisor at the Purdue Center for Regional Development, for this hands-on and teamwork-based certification training in Strategic Doing.

Created by Mr. Morrison himself, Strategic Doing is a new, network-based model for economic and workforce development emphasizing the strategic value of focused collaboration and open innovation in today’s global economy.

Over this three-day intensive training session, you will learn how to harness new methods of open participation and leadership guidance to develop extremely complex projects. This multi-phase training provides a solid grounding in the Strategic Doing discipline, training in how to utilize the practice when working with colleagues or unfamiliar groups, and the dynamic Strategic Doing Game simulation for hands-on experience in participating in and guiding a Strategic Doing session.
