ACTION 2025 Retreat Registration

Please purchase your registration for the ACTION 2025 Retreat. Here is information on the resort, the food menu and the bus schedule so you know what you are paying for. Every meal will be provided so no per diem payment will occur.

The Project Coordinator, Toni Abbey, has already reached out to everyone to let them know what their lodging situation is. "Both hotels" includes the hotels in Fairbanks and at the Resort. Below is a summary of each cost and each cost includes both catering and meals:

• If you requested a single room at both hotels your cost is: $1,184.97 
• If you requested a double room with running water at both hotels your cost is: $899.50  
• If you are staying in a dry cabin and were willing to share a room, your cost is: $772
• If you are attending the Fairbanks portion only, pay $280.69 for lodging and meals on Monday and Tuesday.
• If you are local to Fairbanks and only staying at the Resort, your cost is: $618.91
