Tok: Fermentation, Yogurt, Kefir, Kimchi & Sauerkraut

Saturday, Nov. 2, 9:30 a.m.-1:30 p.m.

Fermentation: Yogurt, Kefir, Kimchi and Sauerkraut: Participants will learn the principles of successful fermentation. Supplies and ingredients will be provided. Each person will take home quart jars of sauerkraut and kimchi and pint jars of yogurt and kefir. Taught by Leslie Shallcross, UAF Cooperative Extension Service. $25 

Registration deadline is 5 p.m. Oct. 29

Classes will be held at the Interior Alaska Campus, Tok Center, located on West 1st St.
